I take advantage of the post title above to summarize what was my misfortune in this hyped deli, a place that tries to offer a differentiated product but succumbs to its inability to meet the large demand customers. I still remember the first visit I made. The cashier made a mistake when typing the order and tried to make me wear a sandwich that had not ordered. Their lack of reason could only be compensated by the appearance of the manager who ordered them to cancel the order immediately and refund my money. Is it more logical, no? Obviously I chose the wrong time to go to another place if they understood the importance of customer service.
I could read on an article Fight was a sandwich to step it decided to expand by opening a site with all of the law. I do not liked very much your system. First order is paid in cash and give a little sign with a number. That way the employees can identify and bring order. I saw it was a very lucky because in the end I saw screaming the names ending customers to address the table.
The pork sandwich served on firewood provided with a taste unlike any we have tried it before because they use mesquite wood. Smoky flavor that I've only found in Chinese restaurant Yen Fung and seemed insurmountable. Unfortunately everything is in flavor because the meat was very dry. He lacked that classic "little juices" sucker who has this kind of sandwiches and I had to throw all the sauces that I found to be edible.
the bread with crackling I have little to say. Of the same quality as that of Farolito pienso que harían mejor sacándolo de su carta. Nada rescatable. Vamos no sean tan optimistas.
Mi visita no hubiera pasado de ser una experiencia meramente olvidable pero como siempre algunos lugares hacen unos méritos para complicarlo todo. Mientras estaba en la cola hubo un problema con la energía y las máquinas hung. Cashiers, poor things really could only cast ballots manually. Can you imagine what it takes to respond to what we were in the queue? Above had to hear customer complaints that have not received your order at the table. Worse, as there was such a crush of people in front of the boxes had to be watching their pockets because they lacked a predator seeking to take advantage of the disorder. I think the fight is not fighting to win new customers. I was never one to not think so in the future because there will be a third visit.
The Fight is on Avenida Diagonal 308, Miraflores.
