Throughout my culinary adventures some posts will fall by the wayside. This does not necessarily have to do with the quality of restaurant visited. Sometimes the time factor will not let me go back to trying other dishes on the menu. Sometimes you just as I am not convinced and prefer to give priority to other styles. For some time I've caught the taste of the maki. It was not an easy task because there are too many restaurants serving all varieties and for having. Three years of searching for the best places to eat . Three years! And to think q ue the first time I posted I felt like the person who gets to say a speech and remains silent. But there was a good friend told me: "Go ahead, damn it!" And you are 222 reviews that I posted. So much I've written?

Today just want to thank the readers, the com Entar at you followers and fans of the Facebook page. This blog only exists for you and for you. Without their views tions, your comment sy its findings this project would not follow or later. Thank you all join me po r over the years and make this blog a reference to start us s own culinary adventures. There are still many places to visit, routes to travel and try new dishes. At the moment I can only say: Come forward!

The first I ate at Wayralla was a celebration with my coworkers. This time managed to surprise me with a simple dish but very well presented and tasty. Lunch left everyone happy and leave me with the desire to return. Having finished with the route of San Isidro occurred to me that this restaurant, located in the area that is behind the headquarters of Interbank, could be part of a mini-road, but what I found reminded me of the famous blacklist.

Wayralla is a classic restaurant for executives. Blackboard with the names of the dishes in colored chalk. Informal and comfortable environment with chill out music. After several months working in the financial district of San Isidro and I have a fairly clear about the restaurants nearby. Having evaluated various proposals and having suffered some disappointments I can safely write the final post about my favorite restaurant. What exactly review 30 days ago and vowed to return to assess the rest of his letter. There were three visits, three different dishes, three desserts. In the competition for first place in the ranking of the route of San Isidro and no more than writing. This is Aïoli!

I have also tried their fish with parmesan. It is a fish fillet in mushroom sauce (as I like mushrooms) with grated parmesan, served with rice with corn and broccoli in butter. This dish is required if you are looking for something light. I believe that there is nothing richer than a grilled fish, and if so we add the rice and corn (cebichería classic) and touch the broccoli with butter, is an option that will satisfy even the most demanding.
