Get Rid Of Facial Flushing

Aïoli (This is Sparta!)

After several months working in the financial district of San Isidro and I have a fairly clear about the restaurants nearby. Having evaluated various proposals and having suffered some disappointments I can safely write the final post about my favorite restaurant. What exactly review 30 days ago and vowed to return to assess the rest of his letter. There were three visits, three different dishes, three desserts. In the competition for first place in the ranking of the route of San Isidro and no more than writing. This is Aïoli!

loin stroganoff deserve, to date, the number one on my favorites of the letter. Nothing matches the time when they bring to the table and can feel the aroma of cooked loin with onions and mushrooms. The perfect spot for cooking meat and the balance of flavors make it a meal with no competitors. But there is everything. The accompanying fries are deserve a separate paragraph. Not only because they were deliciously crispy but they were seasoned with salt and parsley special which gave a special touch. Candidates secure the best French fries.

I have also tried their fish with parmesan. It is a fish fillet in mushroom sauce (as I like mushrooms) with grated parmesan, served with rice with corn and broccoli in butter. This dish is required if you are looking for something light. I believe that there is nothing richer than a grilled fish, and if so we add the rice and corn (cebichería classic) and touch the broccoli with butter, is an option that will satisfy even the most demanding.

Finally to evaluate the letter Aïoli chaufa I went for the chicken. Far from those brown rice (imported soy sauce adds flavor to food or color) that are used to eating bad, here have been a dish that can change the perspective of what a true chaufa. Oriental vegetables cooked to a delicious crisp point, slices of fried chicken and to finish off a touch of sesame. In the end, and only a matter of taste, if you want something more seasoned can ask the waiter to bring a cup of soy sauce.

After writing about the main courses comes the highlight of the review: the desserts. And I think this has been the deciding factor in leaving relegated to the other restaurants. To me there is nothing better than ending the meal with something sweet to change the flavor. First I was surprised with the brownie marbled with cream cheese and served with vanilla ice cream. Great attention because it had the texture be coy brownie exceeded my expectations. The marbling of Philadelphia is very soft

changing the settings on my s iguiente visit tried the waffles, dessert is not very common to find in restaurants. Prepared at the time (to learn those restaurants which serve desserts saved), delightfully crunchy, and accompanied by a jug imported maple syrup will realize that has nothing to envy to those who serve Crepes & Waffles. The comparisons are not good but this place is my reference point for evaluation. I wonder if he is pictured with a ball of chocolate ice cream?

The last paragraph it should be written with golden letters because it is dedicated to the best lemon pye I've had to date. The exquisite presentation and combination of flavors make it a top-five dessert. The crust had a very smooth texture and a faint flavor of butter (hey, not margarine, as in most Pyes). The lemon cream represented the balance perfect between the acid of lemon and sweet condensed milk. And what I took out of box, including combining strawberries with meringue or lemon cream it is one of the lucky ones with the ideas I've come across in a long time.

Aïoli I leave with the satisfaction of having enjoyed three wonderful meals. The variety of his letter, the quality of inputs used, the portions generous and the desserts anthology makes it my favorite. It is worth mentioning that, as any restaurant in San Isidro, at peak times can become a jungle of executives and it is advisable to go before one and in small groups. Anyway I still think that with restaurants and blogger is a pleasure to be gourmet.

Just so you have not seen the film, the post title comes from the movie 300. Exactly at the scene of the moat, when King Leonidas of the Spartans think shows that competition.
