War as revolutions are objec ¬ tives processes and unavoidable. If Bolivar did this historic doctrine of truth, instead he learned to make practical use of it. Motorized revolutionary wars history: the pro ¬ gress of humanity has been attached to them. Before Marxism, historical positivism had to acknowledge this truth, even in our country.33 We con ¬ trary to both the apologists of war, the war for the war itself, and those who deny it in absolute terms and abstract . One and other extreme are fal ¬ historical objectivity and mutual complement ¬ cer distort the facts. Victor Hugo, and even before the father Vitoria, specifically think that wars are just and injustas.31 The current existence of imperialism is the social base of the wars: World Wars I and II, Korea, Algeria, Congo, San ¬ to Domingo, Cuba, Vietnam. The proxy wars im ¬ perialar are unjust wars. Interimperia wars ¬ ready for the division of the world are unjust wars. Neo-colonial wars against peoples struggling for independence and liberty are unjust wars. We are against these wars. But we can not be con ¬ work just war: those who wage peoples and nations to break the yoke of social oppression, na ¬ tional and tyrannical. These wars are the biggest games in history. They generate the profound transformations that make drilling the decayed social structures. Support, encouragement and we sympathize with them because they are the only antidote to destroy forever the wars on earth, where mo ¬ fenezca capitalist imperialism, the neocolonial servitude, the despotism ¬ Galiza, exploitation, brutality, backwardness . So Bolivar, adequacy of these approaches on the positive role of just wars, is blunt:
